Andy Roche,
founder of nuambition, is a successful Irish business
manager and entrepreneur. In addition to operating his
own thriving business in Dublin, Andy has a proven
track record at national and regional level in a wide
variety of senior HR and general management positions
spanning a career in manufacturing, in IBEC and in
banking.

A former senior executive in the Bank of
Ireland and a multi award-wining owner of a
thriving central Dublin catering business and
bistro, Andy has a deep understanding of what
makes a new business a strong competitive
success in today's Ireland. |
|
|
|
Married to Cathy and with two grown up children,
Andy is a keen sports fan - GAA, Rugby, Golfing,
Boating. He is a former Chairman of the BOI All
Ireland GAA Club, President of the Athletic Club and
a Founder Member of The Heritage Boat Association. |
|
A
fluent Irish speaker he also has a working knowledge
of French and, to a lesser extent, Italian.
|

Educated in Scoil Bhríde, Coláiste Mhuire, UCD and
TCD, Andy has a BA Degree in Psychology from UCD and
a Masters Degree in Management Science from TCD. |

He is
a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel &
Development FCIPD - a former member of the Irish
Executive of IPD and a former UK board member of the
Institute. |
|
His
other qualifications include FIB (Fellow Institute
Bankers) and an IMI Certificate in Psychological
Testing. He has lectured on IR/HR in TCD and has
spoken on national radio and TV networks on
countless occasions. |
